I agree that any way to engage people and include them is vital. It's amazing the difference. You've got a really good point that it probably made the difference to some.

Chris, I think you are right in that it pretty much made the difference for at least a couple hundred thousand people when they cast their votes. The way we communicate, not just what we say, seems to make a huge impact.
